Security and governance

Authority stays with the people accountable for care.

Make the approval boundary visible. Keep the evidence and the decision available for the review that follows.

Four governance principles

Explore the controls
around the decision.

01Human approval ceiling

Analysis may proceed on its own. Actions that can change a clinical or operational system require an explicit approval or denial. The person responsible can review the evidence and the rationale before acting.

02Role-based access

Operators, investigators, and leadership do not share one set of rights. Access follows the job. A briefing should establish which roles can review, recommend, and authorize critical actions.

03Strong authentication

The platform is designed to sit behind your identity provider, including multi-factor authentication. The specific identity integration and access requirements are part of deployment evaluation.

04Audit of decisions

Recommendations, approvals, denials, and rationale are retained for incident review. The evidence should explain both what was proposed and why an authorized person accepted or declined it.

Assurance is evidence

Discuss your assessment requirements.
